Bio

Caterina Montipò is an architect and PhD candidate at the Politecnico di Torino.
She graduated at the Politecnico di Milano with a master thesis that studied the relationship between industrial architecture and agricultural landscape. She has been working as a freelance architect in Chile and Italy. Her experiences include teaching support at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2014) and at the Politecnico di Torino (2015-2016).
Currently, she is researching on the relationship between production and urban context, with a focus on urban manufacturing in North-American post-industrial cities.
